One day before my dress was supposed to be delivered for my event this weekend I was told it wasn't coming in time for my event. Extremely disappointed since I paid expedited shipping. Now I do not have a dress and have to go buy a new one. No I will not be changing my review. If you knew you had a material shortage why do you still have this dress on your website?
Contacted customer service for help as I was having difficulty obtaining return code. They kept referring me back to same site. I ended having to pay for return label oop. Much more expensive.
Need more sizes. Clothing is original but quality is not there for the price. Returns are a hassel.
Ich habe das erste mal bei chic wish bestellt. Bis die Bestellung bei mir war, vergingen etwas über 14 Tage und sie war auch noch nicht vollständig. Meine Nachfrage bezüglich der fehlenden Teile wurde umgehend beantwortet. Auf diese warte ich nun. Die Teile die ich bereits erhalten habe, begeistern mich sehr, insbesondere die schönen Oberteile mit Spitze. Der Größenermittler hat - bis auf bei dem jumpsuit - zuverlässig die richtige Größe ermittelt. Der jumpsuit passt, hätte aber einen Tick größer sein können.
Fazit: ich bin sehr angetan von der ersten Bestellung und werde bei „Must-Have-teilen" wieder dort bestellen.
