After I was unhappy with a purchase and return, ChicWish quickly made it right by giving me a credit and not requiring me to return the item.

This is the perfect, chunky knit sweater! The flower details are so pretty. I've gotten lots of compliments wearing it. Does pill! So if that bothers you then you will have to de pill it. I personally love it. Adds to the worn in look and feel! I definitely would recommend. I ordered my normal size (medium) and it fit a tiny bit oversized! Love it!

Chicwish is a real pain in the A$$ to deal with. Returns are a nightmare. I'm trying for 2 months to get a size change and it's now turned it to a return. I finally had to dispute with Paypal. Every time you "chat" with these guys its a new day. You can't call and talk to someone and try to fix a problem. You have to go on their website and chat. It take a day if your lucky to get a response. On my exchange they kept telling me the size I wanted was out of stock. When I look on the website it was available for sale. I finally just bought the right size and returned the wrong size... That's where it got interesting. They send you a RMA and a return postage label. I tracked my return and it was signed for about a week after I sent it UPS. Of course Chicwish kept telling me they were waiting for it and it take 3 weeks to get the return back. I kept telling them tracking says it was signed for at your return shipping address. Finally I got paypal involved. They refunded me the next day. Now 10 days later they are answering the dispute and asking me for proof that I sent it back...After I got my refund I thought case closed and tossed my tracking UPS gave me. Of course if they really wanted to see who signed for it all they would need to do it check there RMA and see the label that they issued. These guys are loosers. Too Much trouble for me. There's plenty for legitamate online retailers to choose from. BE WARNED

Everything ok orderingnon ChicWish. I have been looking for Mesh skirts and found lots of them on here. No problem ordering and paying. First time Got my order in 2 pakete. I though they forgo to sejd me one pice and they answered my mail in a very short time. They are realy great so far

Ordered from here before and all garments were as pictured, sewn well, fit the size I chose and the material used was as indicated.

Unfortunately this time I didn't receive my order. I was expecting my order to come before my vacation starts. According to the post delivery messages it says "delivered" but when I asked them where did they deliver (?) they didn't gave me an answer:-(( My order is LOST:-((((((( I'm very sad about it because I really love the styles of the dresses.

Chicwish has a style unlike anywhere else, and the items are not only incredibly reasonable priced, but all the items I've gotten from them have been good quality that have lasted years. They have a timless feel.

I just love my tote with purple and magenta sequin florals. It is just as shown on line. I will enjoy it very much.

I was able to contact customer service and they really helped me for my refund and to re-order the order that was sent back by courier services

I had an issue with payment with Paypal. I tried several times, but I could not place an order with Paypal as I kept getting an error. I reached out to help support, but they were not helpful...In the end, I'm not sure if it's an issue with Paypal or Chicwish's website. I have no issues ordering with Paypal on other sites. I ended up paying with another form of payment which I didn't want to do, but had no other choice.

Descriptions of the tops I ordered were completely inaccurate. The cream is yellow. The pumpkin has metallic gold threads and is 100% polyester, not 100% cotton. I bought both in size XS but was shipped one in size S. Terrible.
