It was good - package took a while to arrive, but we're spoiled with fast shipping from other websites!

I LOVE ChicWish's style. It all screams "Stylish in Paris!" to me, and the quality of what I ordered in the past is second to none.

The products are great, quality and value for your money, but it took forever to get all of the ordered items. I did get help as soon as I reported missing items, props for the customer servicedesk!

Quick and easy purchase, well made and looked just like the photo I saw online of the outfit.

Excellent service, delivery on time. Excellent quality clothing and design. Something that little bit different in style. Very satisfied.

The sizes are a joke. And then only one item out of two arrived. I've tried contacting multiple times with no response. The "contact us" page says to email, but there's no email address anywhere on the page to contact.

Happy how easy it was to find a skirt that looks fun yet has glamour to it.

So easy to navigate site. It's very easy to make returns. However, I find that the color of the materials don't match what is shown on site. The skirt was so much fuller in person than what they made it look.

Just okay. There were some problems receiving my full order. The company tried to work with me though. I just wish I could have gotten the dresses in time for the photo shoot I ordered them for.

Amazing clothing and fall outerwear for casual, formal and semi formal events. I am pleased with the jacket.

Missing items from my order. The one item I did receive was way too large for an xs. It almost felt like the size is just completely wrong. Contacted chicwish about my missing items with no response back.

Nice to shop. Lots of beautiful clothes to choose from. I like that it asks info to give the best size suited for you. Delivery came in earlier than expected.

Skirt amazing. I'm very, very fussy, but done beautifully. Worth the purchase price by far. A must have.

Very happy with the design, the quality and the price. Although you do need to make sure you purchase well in advance of the occasion you need it for as it does take time to arrive.

I enjoy shopping but feel frustrated as i would like to speak to someone re: my first purchase which arrived too late for my special day.I loved the dress and kept it. When i reported my experience i was told that i wouldget extra 10% to compensate which has been credited in my account.
My second experience of ordering 3 dresses was worse than the first as although the dresses are fab the delivery of the goods wasnt just late but was delivered and left in my garden alleyway which has no roof. I was horified to see the wet parcels- 2 dreeses arrived first and a week later the 3rd one.
There was no postcard through thr letter box either - this way any member at home could have taken it. Luckily whilst i was away i checked the email but was not at home to collect it..

I bought the stitchflowers hand-knit chunky cardidan in purple (to match the purple tulle skirt) and this is absolutely divine! It's a super cool and romantic outfit!
