After reading positive reviews. I order few items from chicwish. I have placed my order on 21st September 2023, still i can see order under processing. I also try to contact their customer support, but no response. I also message them on Instagram regarding my order, no response.
Please give me update on my order.

Just loved everything in the order. Quality was 10/10 and the styles are so unique. The fabrics are so comfortable and sizes are so accurate.

Ordering was easy, but shipping took much longer than expected. I emailed and customer service was very responsive, telling me that the item needed to be restocked. While I wish I would have been notified at the time of purchase, customer service was great and I received my items in plenty of time for Halloween.
Fairly easy to order but it took longer than I expected to arrive. The product was smaller than I expected but probably Large in Asian Garments isn't the same as British sizing.
The quality is bad and not like the skirt I saw.

I have sent numerous emails about this. They have not arrived and can't get hold of the delivery company to respond.
Please advise of a refund as soon as possible.

Customer service is an absolute joke! They sent me a size that I did not order. After a few e-mails I sent the skirt back and they were going to send me the correct size. After months and multiple e-mails they said they will just refund me. Look into my accounts and they only partially refunded me. More e-mails and another month goes by. These idiots have the audacity to partially refunded me once again! Now I have no skirt and they have stolen money from me. 0/10 do not recommend!
Beautiful clothes. Little late in delivery but great quality
Really happy with my knitted item, however the knitted decorations are glued on and not stitched on.
As they're knitted decorations, I don't see any reason that they would be glued and not knitted or stitched, other than cheap and lazy. It was not cheap, so would not expect it to be made cutting cheap corners!

Wouldn't pay full price for them, but very happy with the sale price and think it reflects the quality of the garments — skirts look as they do in pics, just feel sale price is a fairer price for the product. Would definitely shop the sale again.
Ordered a skirt that took an age to arrive. Delivery times should be more prominent. Also the skirt is poor quality and damages easily
