The dress size small does not fit well at all! Made for a much larger,taller woman! Reached out to customer service and Christal replied right away to get my dress returned and a refund issued.

I returned the skirt, it was fairly simple to do. I did not receive a full refund as £4+ was taken off for the return postage. The quality was good but it was too short. The top I bought ( with the big bow) is lovely.
I followed the directions and exchanged a dress that was too small. Upon receiving the 2nd larger dress a month later, I opted to return it. The original order # was dated August, exchange received end of September. October 6th a return was attempted and refused as original item (August) was ordered over 30 days ago. Not good business practices. I am now stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and Chicwish will not honor their own policy of 30 days returns even though this dress was received two weeks ago.

Great delivery and great clothes. Good design. The sizes are normal as we use in Norway: small = small etc.
