I am still waiting for the credit on my return of the sweater

Reasonable prices and great qualities. It also came faster than I expected. I will definitely come back to get more. Lot of friends asking where I shop for my dresses.

Ordered a dress for an event a month in advance. Paid extra for early delivery. Company did not have in stock but did not disclose this until I put in an inquiry after not receiving any information on when item would ship. I asked for a full refund.

30 days after order and charge to my cc I still had not recieved my order. When I emailed, many responses were in broken english and I couldn't understand wxactly what they were trying to tell me as to where it was. Finally someone responded that one item was out of stick so they dont ship any other pieces until they have them all. I wont order from them again.

Postive Experience, Easy Transaction, Good Communication. Shipping is a little longer coming from out of the country.

I purchased a dress, a skirt and two tops from Chicwish. The quality of the clothing was really low for the price charged. The sizes were all really off, arm holes too small, hemlines untidy, cheap fabric. I would definitely warn other consumers away from this brand. When I tried to return items I had to pay for the return, €20, and the company claimed they never received them so no refund. I will never buy from here again.

Took a while but skirt exactly as described and good value compared with other identical skirts.would use this site again.

A number of things didn't work out. Had to wait one week extra even though I paid for express delivery.

Parcel arrived in 2 shipments, but I wasn't informed about it. I had to reach out to get info about what was going on.

Clothes were poorly in quality. Big and sloppy seams, poor fabric, too big in size. I was very disappointed and returned most of my delivery.
Had to pay for return and still awaiting my refund. This joke cost me 175€

The website makes it difficult to change the size you choose. Why?

I orginally gave a poor review of Chicwish, which I want to change as the customer service department really came through and totally impressed me. I was struggling to place an online order for several days and finally was able to succeed. Due to all the back and forth with one of the reps, a different employee reached out to express concern and upgrade my shipping at no charge.

I am very pleased Chicwish cared enough to be sure I was taken care of in the end and I am excited to receive my new coat!

This skirt is the best I ever had. It's flowing nicely on the body and it looks expensive. I had a small delay in delivery, but they made the effort to send it on time for my trip to Barcelona! I will upload photos from Spain, when I come back.Thank you again for for excellent service!
