I've placed 2 orders with this site over the summer. I was a little weary since many of the garment descriptions were vague - and this is China based company. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the garments in the first order. The items looked like the photos on the website and the quality was decent. Certainly no worse than an H&M and for some items, better. I actually get a lot of complements on these items.

The second order, however, was different. Some items are nice while others are different than advertised. Colors, cut, fabric - different than advertised, but resembled the photos. Also, one dress, a size small, was absolutely huge - even though all other aspects of it were as advertised. Very strange. It will be interesting to see if they adhere to their return policy as advertised. I'd give 2.5 stars if I could.

I ordered two dresses from this site has I known it was from China I would have never. As soon as I got my package I opened it and notice that one of the dresses was torn in the back. I sent them an email immediately when I seen it. To make a long story short this happened end of July 2017 and it is now Sept 2017. They told me they couldn't have sent the package that way because of their in so many words "great process". I sent the dresses back and had to pay for shipping still have not received received my money back.

I ordered from this site and they are actually located in China. It took about month to receive the items. It appears they steal pictures from other sites and use them as their own. The clothing looks NOTHING like they do in the pictures and are of extremely poor quality. The "Trench Coat" I thought would be the usual material used in trench coats but it's actually lightweight polyester of the worst quality. I'd be embarrassed to wear it. I also ordered a plaid button down and the material was not even the same pattern or color shown on their site and fabric is scratchy. I emailed them a week ago for instructions for returns which is what they tell you to do on the website but have never heard back from them. I read another review (after the fact) from someone who was refunded about $16 from a $250 return. I think I'll cut my losses now rather than spend more money to return the clothes to China and possibly be refunded for a fraction of what I paid. So they get no stars (it made me check at least one to submit) and buyer beware, don't order from these thieves.

This company apparently used to be Chicnova and they changed their name to Chicnico, likely due to the horrid reviews. They steal photos of cool clothing from other websites and make knockoff's that look completely different in they style or way they fit. I ordered a lot ($330 worth). I kept 2 items and returned the rest which totaled $254.88 USD but I was only refunded $16.29! They still owe me a refund of the remaining amount - $238.59 USD, and not to mention that it cost me $50 to ship this crappy clothing back to China. I have emailed them numerous times and they will not reply.

I sent back a parcel to Chicnico to the address they provided for returns which happens to be a place in CHINA! I thought they were in the US but no, if i had known this, i would never have ordered from them. However, the parcel was posted 1 month ago and i paid for 'tracking and signed for'. I did not get a refund after 3 weeks so i decided to find out why. I sent them the tracking number but got an email back saying they can't track it, it's untrackable? I got in touch again with royal mail online which clearly indicates that the parcel was delivered to the address in China and that it was signed for. So now what? Has anybody had this problem with delivery to China or with this particular company. They seem totally untrustworthy and i regret ever going to them. Their clothes are of very poor quality and are all copies of what you see on their website. VERY misleading and fake. I now am waiting to get a response from them about the fact that they need to check with their staff as to who signed for this parcel. They only provide a telephone number in the States! I think? Live Chat does not appear anywhere on their site even though they invite you under 'contact us' to use it. It sounds like a very disorganized company/warehouse. Don't trust them. Stay away.
