If I could rate a 1/4 star review, it would be too much. I give them a Zero rating. I dont believe this is truly a company at all. I think its some kind of fulfillment warehouse in China that poses as an online boutique. They never contact you after you order something. I ordered 1 cardigan on 11/28/2017. It still hasnt arrived as of 12/15. My item was, leaving the facility in China on Dec. 4th, according to USPS tracking, and then I had no updates until today. By the way, I had to figure out how to find my package. Again, THIS COMPANY will never notify the customer after you pay. I anticipate that once my item arrives, it will be of horrible quality based on other reviews here. I should have google searched Chicnico before; lesson learned. Another hint, dont use Pinterest suggested links for buying items; as this is where I stumbled across Chicnico. Utter Xmas shopping fail.

Ordered a jacket and a dress. The Jacket sheds like crazy on the inside and outside and the color and style are far from the picture. The shirt looked nothing like the picture and was made of cheap material not high quality like they state on their site. I emailed chicnico and in their returns contract it states they wont charge shipping for defective items but when I tried to return the jacket they didnt provide me with a return label only a form where I could enter how much I paid for shipping if the item was defective. It looks like some type of reimbursement. Shipping is $100 by the way. I check with my post office and let chicnico know they should provide me a return label they never replied back and now I am disputing the charge with my bank complete with pictures of the shedding and jacket and weird looking shirt/dress. Dont buy from these scam artists.

Not even close! Color, wrong. Length, wrong. Sleeves, too short. Quality, meh. Wish Id seen these site reviews first.

This is the worst quality of clothing ever. I found a really cute sweater off Pinterest and look at the review of the product. In the picture that they have online it looks legit. There was even customer pictures of the product that looked normal. Instead i received the worst quality looking sweater that was too small compared to the sizing online. I didn't realize that this shipped from China until it was too late. It took over a month to get the return address and now i'm not sure its even worth the shipping cost. Moral of the story is do not buy from this company.

I was drawn to this beautiful cross front draped sweater that seemed to keep popping up on pinterest. It was horrendous and very clear they took the pictures from other boutiques for sake of attracting customers. I found the sweater at 3 reputable US boutiques after reverse google searching images on their site!

I wish I had read reviews about this company before ordering. I was so excited by the beautiful social media and website photos, but they are not representative of the actual clothes - not even close. I ordered a sweater and a plaid shirt, both are so disappointing. The plaid shirt has the same pattern as the one on the website, but that's it - it's definitely not the same shirt. The garments don't have any size/care/manufacturing tags, and the sizing runs extremely small.

Learned the hard way; don't order anything from China - ever! If the company doesn't have a USA actual location and telephone number - then be very weary. Not sure where they get the photos on their site but the clothing you receive rarely ever looks like the photos depicted.
