I ordered a sweater 10/18 and we are now on 11/10 and I still have not received it. truly horrendous customer service. I emailed them and never got a response. The tracking site was on the same status, always waiting for an update from the shipper. The total lack of concern about their customers is despicable. I will NOT be recommending this site to anyone, and will never purchase anything from them again. I will be returning the sweater I ordered as based on all the other reviews it isn't going to look like what I ordered and the quality won't be there. This is a total scam, they need to be shut down.

Total Scam! The shirt I ordered was not true to size, looked nothing like the picture and was made out of crap material. I got confirmation to return and did so immediately ( paying to ship that crap all the way back to China with tracking was not cheap!), and never received a refund. I've emailed them twice with no response. I've never seen the live chat available. Also if you read under returns it says product image is only for reference. If there is inconsistency between the image and actual product the product governs.

I placed an order with them over 3 weeks ago. They took my money right away. They would not answer any of my emails inquiring about status. Their live chat has never worked! I sent 3 emails cancelling my order and requesting a refund, however I got notice that is is waiting to be picked up by USPS, and even gave me a tracking number. I tried with PayPal to get help, but they are useless too. I will not purchase from ChicNico, nor use PayPal ever again.

This website is one big cheat. I did get an item two months after I ordered it. You can't return anything. They don't communicate with you for at least one month after you order, and then they just say that they have charged your account. The item I received is not the item I ordered. It is a sweater, but not the one I ordered. It isn't even the color I ordered. The quality of the sweater isn't terrible, but it certainly isn't worth what I paid for it. There is no label of fiber content on it, so I have no idea what the fabric is or how to care for it. Don't use this website. Someone else said that Paypal should take it down, and indeed they should, but then Paypal is kind of a scam, in and of itself.

I ordered a cardigan from this site and it was a huge mistake. The product took weeks to arrive and it was not the item pictured but a cheap knockoff. Several issues: The pattern of the sweater was not as pictured, the length shown came to the knees of the model who was describes as "5'7" (I'm 5'2" and it was hip length) it was pictured with a dense a tasseled fringe - what I received had tassels on the fringe, but spaced further apart and looked like an afterthought. If I had know about this site I would have checked first. I will warn others.

I am an idiot. I purchased a sweater from here, and it was just as all of the other reviews had stated: TOTAL SCAM!

Right away I noticed that the colors were all wrong. I ordered a medium, and what I received was child-like: the end of the sleeves came up to my elbow. But the worst part about it was the smell. Oh dear lord, the garment smelled like gasoline and what I can only imagine to be old wet rat hair. Which is probably what it really was made of, considering it made my arm itch. Needless to say, I tossed that thing right into the garbage can. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund, given the struggle that others have lived through in their reviews. I just decided that that is what I get for not doing a background check. Lesson learned.
Ugh. Even now, thinking of that sweater now grosses me out, and will probably haunt me in my dreams.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, paid in full. Said shipping details to be emailed, nothing has been emailed. I emailed the company to check on expected delivery date, haven't heard back. I thought the company was based in the US, but I didn't do my homework. I am very disappointed that I wasted $75 US and am now expecting to get nothing.

*An Update: I finally received my order from Chicnico. I am disappointed, it's not exactly what I ordered, and I won't wear it. Lesson learned.

I honestly don't know where to start with this company. Clearly I wanted to return my clothes. I ordered all large tops, 2 of them look like they would fit a small child and one looks like I could use it for parachuting. They didn't even finish sewing one of the cardigans. I emailed them for return. I was very detailed. They replied asking me for details that I already had mentioned in my previous email. I replied back and have not heard back since. I did another follow up and nothing. It's been weeks. I felt so robbed that I actually emailed Pinterest telling them that this is not a professional business and they need to be careful what companies they are allowing to be on their sponsored ads list. Anyway... do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money and go get something you love and deserve from a ACTUAL clothing store.

Ugh! I ordered a sweater that I loved in the picture. That was three weeks ago and I haven't received anything nor have I gotten any email updates other than they received my order and charged my pay pal account. They provide no phone number to contact, when I use their order tracking online it comes back saying order not found. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back. VERY Frustrating. I have no idea if I'll get my package - regardless whether it is decent quality or not (I'm not optimistic based on past reviews) I will never order from this company again!
