Nicole has done a decent job, but obviously not a great job, running and hiding from her SCAM companies as she has several listed in her name. It was just a matter of time before Chicnico scammed the wrong person.

I also wished I had read the reviews before placing my order with Chicnico. THE WORST. I ordered a sweater and it arrived looking nothing like the picture. They do not respond to any emails and I had to open up a PayPal claim to get some sort of response. PayPal wanted me to return the sweater however shipping back to China with a tracking number ranged between $82-$136. Not worth it and now I'm stuck with this ugly sweater. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I love the new clothes this season. So many things i want to buy. Usually i'm pretty picky when it comes to shopping but i was able to find so many things i'd like to get. Happy customer!

Bought 4 swimsuits for myself and 2 for my mom. Mine all fit amazing and my moms fit as well except for one bottom. The quality is quite good too. Very happy with the styles and how they fit. Im a bit bigger and it is hard to find suits I feel comfortable in but these do it. Very quick shipping and easy to track package and great prices. Seriously this is an awesome site. Since Victoria secret stopped selling swim suits I wasnt sure where to look. Well now I found it!

If you want to throw your money away -order from Chicnico. I ordered a sweater that arrived smelling like chemicals, looks nothing like picture and to top it off it has dirty marks on various spots. The web site states you cannot return unless you contact CS to get a "ticket" they give a email address to contact but you will never hear back! I have sent at least 8 emails -I cannot find a phone number anywhere and there is NO live chat

I placed an order a month ago and when I look at their website it says they are in the process of filling the order but yet when I ordered it they said it would be here by December 8th. There is no phone number on their website and I have tried emailing them multiple times and no response. No one should waste their time or money with this company! I am now in the process of filing a dispute to my credit card company to get my money back from this fraudulent company.

A friend was wearing the tan Stylish Hoodie Loose Coat in size small. I tried it on and ordered one from my phone along with two other items immediately via mobile. My package arrived today and the hoodie and the other two items could not be more different than I expected. WOW! The banding at the wrists is much shorter than my friend's or the photo on the product detail page and the sizing is so small compared to her small. Terrible. It doesn't have the cozy, oversized feel as pictured AT ALL. It's more like a fitted cheap blanket. I won't even start in on the other two pieces. Save yourself time and $ and purchase quality elsewhere. These items ship directly from Beijing but they use a "US" email on their website. Total crap. Immediately handed these new purchases to my 11 year old.

I wouldn't if I were you... don't do it. You will definitely be sorry. Sizes are not accurate items are seemingly child sizes not at all the description of the sizes they say they are. I normally wear a M to L. I would have had to buy an 2 or 3 xl which none of their cloths come in. Then to top if off I have sent 2 emails and absolutely no response... not even an email saying that... they received a request for a return and will be getting in touch promptly. Just nothing! No direct phone number to contact them. Very poor business ethic. With every part of my thought I urge you not to even consider purchasing anything from this company. They don't not stand behind their product. I will be doing a credit card dispute. What good that will do I'm not sure. I will try to get back to you with my results.
