I ordered a maxi dress from them and after 3 weeks of waiting and checking my tracking number and repeatedly emailing their customer service to no reply, I called my local post office to start an investigation for the package and they didn't know where it was. I finally decided to just report the charge to my credit card company as a dispute. The package finally arrived 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered it, and the package was damaged and the dress was a JOKE. It was an imitation dress of what I saw in the photo. The dress had no tag of any kind, not even a size or wash directions tag. The photo of the dress looked like a cotton dress, and had pockets. The dress I received was some kind of see-through thin silk like material and had no pockets. The dress could not have cost more than $2 to make and I spent $35 on it. I initiated a return with the company and discovered it's in Bejing, China (big shocker there.) and the package was going to cost me $24 to ship back, because they do not cover shipping to return. The whole experience has been awful and now I'm stuck with a dress that I have to throw in the trash. Wish I never ordered from them. You will wish the same thing.

I wish I saw reviews before I place this order. I place this order on April 2nd and now its April 19th and i'm still waiting on my order... There website says 8-9 business days, so misleading. Tried to reach them, but they don't have a phone, i did receive a standard email the same one that was at one of the comments above. Hope to get it before my vacation, if not i will cancel the order through my credit card. Would not recommend.

I orderd from Chicnico out on a whim, I found it on pintrest and hadn't even looked at reviews until after I orderd my items. I purchased two swim suits on March 5th. I was hoping to recieve them for my vacation on the 24th. Then I signed up for the updates and it took around another week for them to show up in my mailbox on March 12st. After I orderd them I stumbled upon TONS of negative reviews and was extremely nervous about what I might recieve. I opened my package a littlw while ago and was shocked on how good the swim suits were. I didn't notice any loose threads, ripping fabric, or poor quality.

After reading reviews... I'm lucky I recieved anything at all. The tracking number was fake so I thought I got ripped off from the start but when I finally did receive my packages the items inside did not appear the same as pictured... and the sizes were way off. The small was like an extra large the medium was like an extra small and one yet had really short sleeves and was so oddly shaped. I wasn't going to chance sending it back after reading so many reviews. I would never order from Chicnico again and would not recommend it to anyone. The sight is cute but what you get is a bad knockoff of it made out of cheap fabric and irregular sizing.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. It took over a month to receive my order. The quality of the garment are deplorable. Not at all as pictured. There are no content labels on the garments and they have a toxic chemical smell. I e-mailed them to get a return authorization. It's been 2 weeks and I've received no response. I am doubtful I will get my money back. Save yourself the heartache. Do not order from this company!

Do not buy from the Chicnico website. I ordered two sweaters, one for my daughter and one for me. I ordered in November as an X-mas gift and received in late January. The sweater that I bought for me was way too small and the one for my daughter was way too big. We couldn't even verify if we were provided the right size because the sweaters had no labels- at all! (Which, by the way, violates a federal regulation.) When I asked the company if I could return them, I was told I'd have to ship them via the postal service to China! I then asked if they would pay for shipping since the issue wasn't my fault. I heard nothing from them. Major Scam!

It's been a month and the tracking number they gave me for USPO says that the package has not been received by them yet. They say they are still putting the order together. When i have ordered from amazon for anything, they will not charge my account until the order is shipped. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH PAY PAL! They send the customer the money, and when you complain that Chicnico says they can't cancel even though it has not been shipped, pay pal shoves it back off to you telling you to demand a refund. Well guess what? They have no intention of giving you your money back. But they will give you a 15% off coupon and an apology hoping you are stupid enough to send them more money again, and wait forever! Pay pal gives you no payments for orders over $100.00 for 4 months~~what good will it do if that is how long it will take you to receive your merchandise? Do not order from these people, and if Pay pal treats their customers this way then maybe you should consider ordering though some one that wont send your money until you get your goods!
