I ordered two swimsuits. They did not come in the time frame that I was given. They were extremely late. I emailed them, requesting to cancel my order. They told me the order was in transit and that it would come in soon. When I finally got them, they were not at all what was expected. Poor quality, not the same as the pictures, not real swimming material, not true to size in any way. Just complete crap. "You get what you pay for." I paid $60. I went to Walmart and got a cuter swimsuit, of better quality and for $12. Cool. I tried contacting the company, and the returned emails are pulled. I got the exact same email twice. I've tried calling, but I get no answer. I've since then, tried contacting them three more times and get no response whatsoever. I messaged on Facebook and they responded with the email to contact. I tried again and they haven't responded on there either... Worthless.

I ordered two swimsuits from chicnico almost three weeks ago and just received them I dont even need them anymore. When I opened the package, which by the way was in terrible conditions, the swimsuits werent folded. They were simply just shoved into a small Bag. The texture and color of the swimsuits I ordered were nothing like stated or seen on the chicnico website. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this websites/company.

Ordered 2 dresses for 65 dollars. Got them and they were nothing like the pictures and were made from a $#*!ty cheap material that was itchy and was I'll fitting. Contacted requesting return info, they requested it be returned within 30 days through the USPS and that they would not cover shipping costs for returns. Went to the post office only to be told that it costs 63 dollars to ship it back to China where it came from... FML. Never ever buy from them it will only be a waste of money!

I ordered 3 bathing suits and 1 bathing suit top none of which fit like the sizing charts. The materials are cheap and overcost. I tried to return my suits and they said NO returns. It is a ripoff. ANY REPUTABLE BUSINESS will return their articles. It also took over 30 days for the shipment to arrive. I thought that the order did not process! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BAN THEM FROM THE NET!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering my swimsuit online. The top was so ill fitting and poorly made that I didn't even bother with trying the bottoms on. There is no way this suit would fit many people; it rides up in the front and the back is loose and no way to tighten it. I have tried to reach customer service and have not gotten a response. PLEASE do not order from them, the stuff looks cute online but it doesn't come close to what the pictures portray

The package has finally arrived! I'm so happy, I do not really care if they got the size wrong or things like that, as long as it's arrived. But for the review now I will describe my experience.

I was scared from the beginning for this online order, stupidly I have red the reviews of the site after buying. NEVER DO IT!
However, they have always responded to emails with constancy and cordiality, also seeming concerned the order of their delay. In theory I should have been able to follow the route of the online package, like on Amazon, but I've never been able to access this service via the web. So they told me what was happening; for example, they warned me of problems at the customs, which are very normal because the import packages are always to be checked carefully. Let's face it was a small order, I did not exceed 100 dollars, but they have worried anyway and this pleases me. I know other people have also been less fortunate with regard to communication.

Now regarding the products:
I bought swimsuits.
- The products are right, they are the ones I wanted.
- These come from China then lower quality.
- wrong size, patience I put them in the dryer to tighten them. I will not even try to send them back after all this journey.
- one of the costumes has a much more flamboyant color than the picture.
- unfortunately I have not yet been able to test them and see if they break on first use or if they resist, or if they are transparent when wet. So I still have to actually try them.
Overall they are very nice, but for the quality I would not order them again. But I did not find anywhere in the costumes made like that, so I'm pretty happy right now. But I will not order any more until these gentlemen are put in order their society...
