Overall experience was good product that came not so good

I love the top fits lovely 🥰 I ordered it for Christmas

My items took a while to show up, the items where nothing like in the picture. The size was fine. When I emailed to ask to return and get my money back. It took about 6 email to finally get a return address.

The whole experiance was awful, will never order from you again

My wife was very excited to receive her first order of products from ChicMe. Unfortunately, we never received our order because the ChicMe shipping department refuses to send their products to US military mailing addresses, which is my only option, since I am stationed overseas.

I love the shirt. It's just like the picture. It took a while too get it, but it was worth the wait.

Product is not true to size. Much smaller than expected

I need to return my order because it is too small to me, but I have to pay for this. The return isn't free.
This return is more expensive that the clothes

Over 5 weeks since ordered and still not received items!

I have ordered form ChicMe 3 times now and the first time clothes were true to size, the second time some were too small and some were too big although there were all labeled small, 3rd time although all labeled small they are all too big, they also all need ironing and they are not easy to iron.
Delivery also takes far to long.

I purchased a long cardigan/coat. The product was NOTHING like the picture. Thin, an odd shape, cheap and unwearable. Customer service very poor. No refund allowed. I have bought from this company before and been caught out. Thought I would give it another go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The product you receive is not what is advertised it's a cheap version.

Disappointing, it was not the same what was shown on site

Sizes were higher than anticipated for some items but all as advertised and comfortable

Awful. Had a Return they never answered me back & then when they did they told me it was over 12 days

I waited a long time for this to arrive
When it did I was very pleased with the quality of the coat. Lovely material
It was a little large on me but the drawstring around the waist helped
It has been admired when I have worn it
