Good variety, garment poorly finished not usual quality

I like my item looks lovely with black trousers and black top

I ordered a dress a month ago no updates on recieving my item would like a refund as the event I ordered the dress for is now over.

Excellent they care about there products and customers.

Some of the products did not come as they looked in the site and others were great.

Ordered several long sleeve shirts and sweaters only 1 fit the others were too large in the sleeve cuffs and to tight in the waist.
The return process is horrible they continually haggled trying to get me to keep over a 100$s worth of clothing I could not wear and offered me coupons off next order, then offered me 30% if my money to keep the non useful items and I'm still waiting and demanding an address to return items I received over a week ago that don't fit!
Won't order from here again!

The site is easy to shop but the delivery time was long.

The quilts was brilliant the o my downfall being that the delivery was very slow.
I believe nearly 3 weeks.

The delivery took a while to arrive, the products. I found to be disappointing - wrong size of 1 product sent large instead of extra small! The swimwear I couldn't even get on due to design and sizing! And the sequin jacket wasn't like the picture at all. I asked to return the products but it was requesters I send pictures of the sizing?!?! When I enquired about returns! And no details given as to how I go about returning as requested. Doubt I'll be reordering after my first experience & product quality in my delivery!

Happy with clothes that was ordered. Very chic and nicely made.

I bought dresses for Thanksgiving, they are fast for taking your money and they never send anything, when I contacted them, they answered sorry the shipping came back to us and you have to wait until it goes to China, two months, don't buy from them
