I have ordered previously and never had a problem, however I ordered the jumpsuit on 13th January for my upcoming holiday and it still hasn't arrived!
I ordered a coat which on a picture looked lovely when it arrived the colour was awful and the fabric was cheap. They did everything to stop me returning it. Then wanted to charge another £4 to return it. Awful company

I ordered size medium for bra, panty and lingerie sets. The medium panties and teddys all fit well and the medium bra bands fit well around my chest but the cups are too small on 2 of the 3 bras.
