Too long 45 days to get orders n still haven't received yet

Terrible bad website,terrible service very bad product!. Lie about return! They don't want stuff back! And they don't want to give my money back!

It was the wrong fit, I'm assuming returning it would be at my own expense

Ordered a suit in plenty of time to receive before a specific date. I didn't receive it until after the date!
The suit was not what I expected it to be like and the material was rubbish.

I ordered what I thought were rose gold colored shoes to match a dress for Mardi Gras. The shoes arrived too late and were actually gold, not rose gold.
They are cute but unfortunately did not match nor did they arrive in a timely manner.

Slow delivery some items missing will have to get a refund for items as arrived too late waited over a month for them😤

Easy shopping but processing if order took a while due to low stock

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my order. Support doesn't reply. Definitely don't recommend this website.

They have pretty nice designs and good prices, I ordered a dress and even though the fabric material is a little bit light I love how it fits, also it's so pretty.

I've been trying to order these same shoes for my birthday for the last two years

I am very dissatisfied since I never received my order from about a month ago

Ordering was easy but the quality of the material was too thin and not the right size that I needed. It ran really small.

I returned their merchandise as I received. The USPS receipt that I received didn't have the weight on it but it did have the tracking #. I reached out to them after the said the package was delivered & chicken instructed me that they wouldn't return my money because the receipt that I sent them didn't reflect the weight of the return.

I have ordered previously and never had a problem, however I ordered the jumpsuit on 13th January for my upcoming holiday and it still hasn't arrived!

I ordered a coat which on a picture looked lovely when it arrived the colour was awful and the fabric was cheap. They did everything to stop me returning it. Then wanted to charge another £4 to return it. Awful company
