I will never purchase from this company again. Clothing is VERY cheaply made and ill fitting. Even a small is huge. Returns are virtually impossible due to shipping costs. I received a 10% refund on one item, but they don't want their product back. That lets me know that they acknowledge their clothing is crap.

I ordered and paid for an item and 8 weeks later I was asked if I'd received it. I hadn't and then was told it's out of stock. I asked for a refund and was still charged for the shipping fee. Very dissatisfied.

Arrived after 1 month I understand the items are being delivered outside of the UK but it was too long to wait. There was no pre warning saying it would take this long. Material in garment transparent. Didn't suit but couldn't be bothered with returning.
I will buy again but expecting to arrive on time. Hope next time will be happier

3 weeks after I placed my order there was no update to to the shipping status. Customer service tells me to continue to wait several more days and that the item is a " hot item" and has limited quantity but nowhere on the site does it say that. After nearly a month of waiting, I cancelled my order. And will likely never order from there again.

My order took longer than expected to arrive but when I reached out asking why the items hadn't shipped they informed me one item was out of stock and was being restocked so they were waiting to send the whole order together once the order was sent it arrived very quickly
