Easy to order, took a while to arrive, need to return 1 item as it doesn't fit

True to size and delivery came in no time.I loved what I ordered and I ended up buying from them again.

I never received my order - it did not even ship after 6 weeks. I emailed for status and got no response. I just emailed again to just cancel the order at this point.

I didn't have a update to say item was out of stock, when I realised it had been 2 weeks I asked for a update and they gave me the option to wait or refund - I chose to wait and was notified from there on of updates.

Be prepared to wait for products. Quality very good

It has been months and I have yet tk receive my order.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE… One of my items is out of stock and wasn't notified I've asked to change for a different item which they couldn't get right, however in the meantime I had ordered another item, so far I have received nothing and have paid for 2 items
Have to say their service is disgusting and have yet to receive either item I have paid for over a month ago!

The necklace is even more gorgeous than I thought it would be and the nightie s perfect

Loved the dress I received but I ordered it for an occasion and after literally no communication for over 2 weeks I had to chase the order and they then told me they are low in stock. I would have appreciates they could contact me with update themselves so I could arrange soemthing else. At the end after few emails they manage to ship it to me within 10 days.

At first I was excited, it took almost 4 weeks to arrive, the quality is poor and false advertising on one product, the texture of materials was completely different to the video of the model my daughter could have done a better job in her bedroom, very disappointing

It takes too long to receive items. I truly need the items I brought for an anniversary party I'm having so I ordered two months in advance still have not received them. It to hard yo get in touch with customer service.

Unfortunately everything runs too small for me.i don't think the quality is as good as it looks in the pic.

The quality is good for the price. The sizes aren't always consistent. I ordered all medium dresses. And a small 2 piece zip up jacket & fitted pants According to their size chart is how I ordered them by.that was enormously big and the plaid didn't even come close to matching on the seams
Most of the stuff was just to big just one dress fit perfectly.
So maybe order everything down a size from the size chart

Delivery took a while. Product very small and not the best quality.

Shocking customer service same answer every time I contact you no order after over a month

Extremely fast shipping - I was impressed. The suit was a little cheaper looking in 3D, but overall I'm satisfied

I will never purchase from this company again. Clothing is VERY cheaply made and ill fitting. Even a small is huge. Returns are virtually impossible due to shipping costs. I received a 10% refund on one item, but they don't want their product back. That lets me know that they acknowledge their clothing is crap.
