I purchased the cut up skinny jean jumper I tried to return it in exchange for a bigger size and I was denied by ChicMe because the item was 3 days pass the return limit date and I had to repurchase the same item over again that caused me to lose money. Chicme had no understanding and I will not purchase anything else from your store. In the past I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of items and that was unfair to me

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
