I order from this CHICME sight because I thought it was coming from Los Angeles. That is what this site leads u to believe. I order back in Nov 2022 and have not received, but one item out, over 200 dollars worth of spending. And the one item I order was a cheaply made cloth and the zipper was broken. I asked to return this item, and then they came back with offering 10-20% on my next order. This is a scam, the comments that were good are a scam as well. My credit card company is involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS NOT THE TRUTH IT IS A JOKE THEY DO NOT WANT U TO RETURN THE ITEMS.

Waited for my order to arrive for more than 4 weeks. And when it finally arrived, I could not keep a single item. 2 pieces with feathers were simply falling apart, very poor quality. Other items did not fit case the advertised sizing is way off.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
