A little complicated but love your products. The delay in shipment, it took 12 days to get from JFK to my home in Ohio. And the one was intended for a Christmas Present and didn't make it in time.

Ordering off the sirr was easy but it took a couple weeks or so to receive my order. When I received it the top was too small so I don't think the clothing is true to size or maybe it just that outfit. This was my first time ordering.

I have used them a few times & returned items in the past. Even if they arrived damaged, they will REFUSE to fully refund you & expect you to pay the return shipping fee. I paid the return shipping for all of the items in the past. This past holiday, I asked 3 TIMES for the return address & the chat rep. Ignored my question each time & instead kept offering me increasing refund percentages. Finally, after exhaustive messages, I accepted a refund of 45% for all 3 items from Isabella, who I had been speaking with. Suddenly, "Kristine" jumps on the chat & tells me she'll only refund 1 item L& not even the damaged item. I asked to speak to her supervisor or Isabella again & look at the previous messages. She ignored me twice & acted like she couldn't see the previous convo. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SEEMED NOT TO UNDERSTAND BASIC COMMUNICATION. Avoid KRISTINE! I will be returning all 3 items if they ever send me the address...This has been going on since 12/17/22.

Not good. Was held up in China warehouse for a very long time, admittedly Covid played a hand but no communication forthcoming as to what was happening. Luckily my items were not too expensive but if I had paid for a costly order would have been questioning whether a scam had taken place. Would I order again? No.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
