I had to keep texting and trying to find my complete order after been charged at time the order was placed. The wait time month and half for items to use on vacation but that will have to use next trip.
I submitted my review of the dress and it was never posted on the website. I believe it was because the review was negative. I was unsatisfied that there was too much glue on the gemstones that was visible on the sides. They did give me a gift card to use as a way to compensate me because the dress didn't meet my standards.

Het werd nog erger na de eerste wasbeurt toen vielen de glinstertjes er met bosjes tegelijk vanaf. Dus het produkt krijgt een dikke vette EEN is totaal kansloos. We zijn enorm teleurgesteld in het produkt.
Took three weeks to come so was disappointed dress was longer than described in picture it was for new year's eve party but came two weeks after nyeve so wasn't pleased with service then was told by customer service have patience it on way so no very dissapointed
I ordered two dresses in mid December for my birthday Jan 4. One red and one black. It was told to me after weeks of going back and forth that it was being held benefits because of back order. I asked for the black one to be canceled and shouldn't be made available if they could not fulfill order and the red one was finally shipped but I received it mid January. It was bright red and not very complementary. I just took it as a loss and will not order from the site again.
I received the item and have been waiting to get a confirmation from you on how to return the item. I send a couple of emails to get instructions on how to return it and no one has responded.

Ordering and shipping were fine. The dress was very big on me and I needed for special occasion. When I asked to return they kept trying to give me a bigger refund percentage instead of just allowing me to return the dress for a full refund.
I purchased these outfits for my wife she looked comfortable and sexy delivery did not take long very satisfied.
I will never use this company again. I asked for my money bag wanted to return their merchandise and never heard a reply back. I requested my entire amount of money. They wanted to give me a portion back, not happy.

My order was delivered later than expected and articles were split requiring 2 deliveries.
Two out of the 3 items do not fit. I requested a refund; however, I was only offered 10% to keep items. They don't fit, why would I need to keep them? I offered to send them back for my full refund but was bullied into accepting a partial refund and keep items. These are egregious practices.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
