Tried to a return a product and they were horrible! The product itself was not bad but just did suit my body style. It was the customer service that made it much worse!

Never received the merchandise. Contacted Chicme for delivery update, and was told item had to be restocked. Requested a refund due to extended period of waiting without update of delay.

Long wait, especially with a high delivery, mailing fee.

All my clothes fit nothing was too tight or too big. Material was satisfactory not cheap. It took a while to get here but, it was worth the wait.

Took a little while to get here, but they were worth it. Love them bought four.

Good products for the price always takes a while for actual delivery from time of order but usually worth waiting for will use again

I bought 2 rhinestone tops from you and I'm very happy. They are great quality and the stones are in really good and tight. I don't think they will fall off anytime soon. The fit is accurate. The only thing I have a slight issue with is right across the bust where the opening to the arms is, it pulls a little on me to where it shows a little of my bra? I don't know why it's doing this cause the top fits everywhere else and I'm not especially large busted at a 36D cup. I ended up wearing a jacket over it because of this. Otherwise however I'm very happy with both the black and the white tops! Thank you!

I order one, clicked a button at the end and order two. Did not know or mean to hit the subscription button and if it's that easy, you should make it not that easy because I got subscribed to it and got an additional one so now I have three. And was charged 45. And I don't need it.

Ordered one day, attempted to cancel the next day. They stated the items already shipped, but it didn't ship until one week later. Shipping was delayed and when it finally came had to go back and forth with customer service to get return address! NEVER ever will order from Chicme again. They offered 10%, 30%, then 50% instead of returning for full refund for items I attempted to cancel one day after purchasing. Buyers BEWARE... they don't want their items returned!

Everything I've ordered from ChicMe has been good quality. The clothes are true to size and look like they appear on the site. I will be ordering again.
