A couple of the products were cheaper looking than I expected. Sizes fit to Canadian standards so I would not upsize. One shirt I wanted went out of stock after ordering. They did contact me right away and I got a refund no issues.

I ordered middle of June. It's now july 11 and I still don't have my order. I can't even get a tracking number. I spent $115. When I ck it's says still in packaging. How long does it take to package a few items. I am totally disappointed and if I ever get my order I probably won't order again. I purchased these items to wear on vacation which is next week so I guess I won't be wearing these. I wish the company would stand with its products and be truthful about shipping dates.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
