I am writing to get hold of customer service in regards to my order and then the chat person connects to another site where they are asking me to CA$2 to look into my order.
This is the first time I have ordered through this website and I am not happy with the customer service or the company itself.
Product was as described, and sizing perfect. Email updates on delivery, perhaps too many emails in general from the company following my purchase, but they are serving as a reminder to order another item because I loved it so much

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
