If you are not positive you will love item, don't order. It's nearly impossible to return and is definitively not true to US sizes and material is substandard.
Very hard to get a refund, then they only give you a partial refund. Didn't realise this was a Chinese company. Goods took weeks to arrive. Steer clear, purchase from them at your own risk and be prepared to fight for a partial refund as that is all you get.

I purchased two items size XL one outfit was just the right size but the other XL on the tag was way too small. Wanted to return for an exchange but was given three options: 1. $5 cash coupon, 2.5% coupon or 3.1% cash refund. The item purchased cost $17.99 which meant if I wanted to get a cash refund I would get only $1.79 back. Very dissatisfied with this site and would not recommend or purchase anything from them ever again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
