I was hesitate to order online. Shipping was relatively fast and the products I received were just like the picture and sizing was on point. I will order from ChicMe again.

I tried to get a label to return some items and they refused and told me each item would have a $10 restocking fee, but keep in mind, would not send a return label, and told me I would have to send back on my dollar, but their terms and conditions said you can't do that they will refuse the return. Items were not as appeared in pictures or the material they were made of. I'm having to pay for merchandise that doesn't fit or look like what I thought I was ordering. I did review their terms and conditions before ordering and none of this was mentioned.I disputed this transaction twice and was told I did get the correct merchandise, not true. I will tell all my friends NEVER to order from this company. Shein is a much better choice and better company.

It took forever to get my order, ChicMe had cancelled the order without my permission and days later after I fussed, I received my order! Not ordering again from ChicMe

If you are not positive you will love item, don't order. It's nearly impossible to return and is definitively not true to US sizes and material is substandard.

Very hard to get a refund, then they only give you a partial refund. Didn't realise this was a Chinese company. Goods took weeks to arrive. Steer clear, purchase from them at your own risk and be prepared to fight for a partial refund as that is all you get.

Okay I didn't like that it was lost then it was found so I don't know about ordering from this site again I might I don't know

Shopping was easy but I feel clothes are altered in pictures to look a certain way that is not how they actually are. I'm disappointed and this is why I miss malls in our area. Probably won't be buying anything else here. I tried.
