First of all I waited over a month and a half for my items and if I didn't reach out to the supplier to find out what was going on I wouldn't have known that one of the items was not available and they were waiting to send everything together! When I finally got the items I was so disappointed with them. Poor quality and workmanship. I'll never order from this site again. I also just got rid of the items and saved myself the hassle of returning.
The shoes are true to size and very comfortable. I will order again from chic me.

Took over a month to get my product then the sizes are way off and now i am still emailing them and negotiating my money back. They keep offering me 10% or 25% of my money for something that doesn't even fit. They take over a day or two to respond and giving me the way around and delaying the process to return my money for a clothes that is cheap quality and not even the same as the one in pictures.
Not the best.cant find out how to return what dont fit and the shipping said 10 days and it was 3 weeks
