Excellent service good value for the money bought them for my holidays and haven't worn them yet so don't know how comfortable they are. Would definitely recommend them and will have another look to see what autumn fashion you will have on line. So no doubt there will be another order

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
