I had quite a delay from product being out of stock and got my order in 2 packages from 2 different companies. Royal Mail delivered one perfectly and Evri delivered the other and just threw it over my fence into a lid of water in the bad weather too so when I got it I had to wash all the items as they were literally flooded! Evri has delivered other products this way and I now refuse to order from anyone who uses them as a delivery service. Not because I don't like the company but because I am sick of paying for a product that gets ruined by them
Site is easy to use, prices are good, shipping was fast. No complaints here!
The goods I bought were ok. But you get what you pay for
Chicme are the worst. I have ordered from them before with no problems. But in December of 2022 I placed 2 orders and never received either of them. I have been corresponding with Chic me and they offered me a $20.00 coupon for the loss of over $200.00 Wirth of merchandise. I am still searching 07/18/23 for some way to get my money back. I will never shop with chic me ever again and I spent alot of money with them. I don't like the way they treat their customers.
I was sent the incorrect size, I ordered a size large and received a size medium. The matching shirt had lace on the sleeves and it was itchy.
They originally offered 10% off my next order, I countered offered with 20% to offset the cost. I sent pictures of the bar codes.
No response.
This is my last order I will ever make with them.
I have spent more than $500 on this website with the anticipation of spending more.

To return the items back is taking forever, it is not a simple return process, plus there say there will only if me back 10% refund. That is crap, l want my refund back plus l will have to pay shipping too, l don't think l will be shopping here again.
Very quick delivery only took a week and half to come. But disappointed with the return option as there wasn't one! Only and robust answer service that got back to you a few days later but didn't give me an option to return one item.
Need to be more correct in sizing. I ordered the same sizes for all goods but some came up small, others too big some just right
It took over a month to receive and I'm very upset that you use black AI models amd all the products come from China! I was told 9 to 12 business days and that was false. No customer to contact and tried to communicate via text and the person stop responding when I asked about my order. Very disappointing. Definitely reported to the better business bureau. I want to send back but I know I won't get my money back.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
