Quality product is not enough, delivery time really high

It would be good to know the goods are being shipped upfront as I was expecting a max of 1 week delivery - but the customer relations responded promptly to my questions and keep me updated on delivery - when the food came they were good value

Je dois renvoyer 2 articles sur 3 et le colis est arrivé le 31 déc un peu tard pour le réveillon. Le retour me coûte 15 € à mes frais soit le prix d'un article donc mieux vaut ne pas se tromper!

Заказала и оплатила товары еще 28 ноября. Оплатила срочную (!) доставку! Заказывала все товары к Новому году. До сих пор товары не получила! Товаров не было на складе. Хотя на сайте их продолжали продавать и собирать за них деньги! Это мошенничество! Когда я возмутилась, что поставка сильно затянулась и попросила вернуть деньги, мне ответили, что задержка произошла из-за COVID_19. Вы сами отправили только часть товара спустя месяц после оплаты! При чем здесь COVID-19? Вы испортили мне праздник! Никогда больше не воспользуюсь вашими услугами. Вы очень плохой и непорядочный магазин! Без уважения, Мельникова Елена
