Total disappointed with the quality and the timing of receiving my order. Quality just horrible! Looks cheap….giving hair store! I will NEVER order again! I place my order around the first of July and didn't receive until Aug. The customer service is horrible. I also have being trying to return items and get a refund, but they are refusing stating I'm outside of the grace period which is INCORRECT. Have receipts from USPS.

I placed my order on 6/29/2022 and I still have not received it on 8/6/2023. It doesn't matter how reasonably priced items are if you cannot receive them in a timely matter. This has been a horrible on line ordering experience.
I ordered 5 items from this company: They have a return policy of 14 days- I emailed them within 4 days of receiving my package… no response from them in 24 hr. I emailed the company again: no response. So I sent all packages back by US Mail and they have not to this date REFUNDED my MONEY. Still WAITING ON REFUND. So I canceled the order that I placed after this current order that I had received. Because if you have a company you are doing business with: but WONT get back with you and refund your money. You need to stop and find another company that cares about you and appreciate your business. 8/6/23
Took a while to turn up ( a good month) but pleasantly surprised by quality of the products. Two items were on the small size for the their listed size( tops), but the dress fitted perfectly.
Came fast and quality good. Color white and bright. Didn't wash that well. Would recommend delicate wash

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
