I ordered 5 items & the reviews that say "easy return" or "fit as expected" - wrong - one of the outfits looked like it was made in high school home economics class and another I couldn't get the pants past my knee & I used the sizing chart! Went to do a return & was told it would be better to get 10% back & keep the items due to shipping cost. I spent $100 & needed to return 3 items and I'm getting a refund of $6.32 & I'll believe that when I see it. Never ordering again!
I made an order based on the estimated delivery date. I have seen that my order was "waiting for packaging" for too long, and I had no chance to receive the products on time, before my vacation. As I ordered sandals, seasonal products, it made no sense to wait and have my sandals in the autmn. I requested full refund, I got the reply that it was not possible as my order was shipped. I have seen in the tracking that it was not true. I had to fight and threaten to get the 100% of my payment back. And I left to vacation without sandals...
This is my second time ordering. I wish there was a faster delivery option. The tracking option provided some reassurance. There is an item I want to return, but will just give as a gift instead of dealing with this process.

The quality of the items I put purchased is good however a couple of them when arrived were too small I ordered medium which were the sizes I measured at so I am disappointed with the sizing of a couple of them also takes far too long to be delivered i ordered the items 4-5 weeks before my holiday and they didn't arrive until after I'd gone away so really disappointed with the time it takes for delivery
The romper was very thin material and it ran small. So I tried to return it but they wouldn't let me return it. I had to settle for half the refund and keep something that was small so I gave it to Goodwill.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
