Placed an order on 7/16 and it's still in processing facility in China. I would cancel the order if I could. Items purchased were for vacation so did not arrive on time.
I've never received my order delivery company evri gave chin me proof it had been delivered and it wasn't even my door chic me says nothing they can do no refund no replacement order so I'm out of pocket for an order that's never been delivered to me I would not recommend anyone order from this place shein is so much better at least I get my parcels and are better to deal with

Loved my items but, didn't receive them on time. For my the wedding that I had to attend. I ordered 3 weeks in advance and still received them late. So I wasn't happy about that. So make sure you order a month in advance if you have plans.

I ordered 2 cute shorts outfits. They took over a month to arrive, which was ok as I know the items came from overseas. Was excited to try on the clothes, but VERY disappointed in fit, color and design. Out of the 2 tops and 2 shorts, I will only wear the shorts from one outfit. I tried to look up how to return the one outfit I will never wear (Way too small for a medium and it was orange and not red), but cannot figure how. Tried to contact customer service and failed.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
