My order was paid for however returned to the P.O. Because my apt. Number was missing. Ironically, chicme delivered another package the day before without an apt number. Not sure why chicme didn't put my apt number on the it since I have been shopping with for several years. Tried reaching chicme and all the numbers are constantly busy. There were no other options to reach them.

I placed an order on the 13th of July we are now on the 9th of August ordered thinking the outfits would be here by now... did send an email to check on the order to have them tell me that they are restocking. However, I did receive 1 of the shirts.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
