It has been a ridiculous process just to get the left shoe sent to me. My package arrived without any damage indicating it had been opened. Completely sealed and only the right shoe is inside the package. We are going on week 2 of going back and forth with requests from your team to resolve this matter and still the left shoe has been sent out. I will not be ordering from ChicMe again.
It cost too much to return so had to accept the loss of money and hoped to find a new owner. Not possible the lengths were just all wrong! But that's why ordering all in ones on line is not good to do.

After almost a month of placing an order, i was yet to receive it, when i reached out to them, they told me, it was delivered a week prior to my asking, i asked for proof, they then said their shipper lost it and i should take it up with d shippers that once they ship thats all their liability. When i told them i had no business with their shipper, they pretty much told me to go to hell and offered to give me a lousy $10 cash coupon in exchange for throwing away my order. Guess what? The tracking number turned out to be fake. They are scammers! Do not shop with them.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
