The products are legitimate. I haven't had a problem with a product though I've only received one package. But it took a month or more to get that. Now I'm still waiting for over a month and a half for my next order. At the beginning while I was waiting I ordered another order and I haven't received that yet that's been over a month. So to be honest I would never order from them anymore no matter how cute their items are. And where it says it takes 3 to 7 days to receive your order that's a flat out lie! I am completely upset about this. I sent a message and I did not get a respond from my message that's been over a week. Customer service is horrible!

Items were far bigger than description. When I asked to return them they keep coming back with different offers even though I specifically asked for full refund. Took at least a day or 2 to reply to email making the process very long! They questioned the package weight on proof of postage basically accusing me of only returning 1 before they has even received the package. Overall a very bad experience.

Easy and fast purchase, pants took a couple of weeks! But it was worth the wait.

Very small compared to uk sizes and company has no returns policy so wasted £67 on unwanted cheap looking items

Great looking clothing items. I ordered a package June 27 I believe or it was the 29th two orders and I still have not received them. You guys have great stuff and I think that people will patronize you more, but it just takes way too long for the merchandise to arrive. Summer will be over by the time I get my stuff. Let no get into trying to rerun items! It doesn't add value to the consumer/shopping experience.

Customer service is slow to respond and refused to take my return. Merchandise took several months to receive too!
