I am satisfied with my orders but it took too long to arrive. If you are ordering anything make sure your event is not happening in the next 3 weeks. They need to improve on the time frame of delivery.

I ordered and paid for three items and only received one, they were for a cruise, the one item I did receive was too large, now I have to either pay to take the chance to exchange and never see another or return, and I'm out the money for the other 2 items because nobody will respond!

The customer service and return policy is completely ridiculous. I lost $60+ from returning items that didn't fit and they won't give me even a credit to shop again. All because the said they need a picture of the receipt from the post office. No other company has ever had that kind of policy. They should have a better way to track customers returns. I've waisted time and money on this crap smh
Good quality clothes but, the sizes seem to vary with every item so even though you get the same size some of it is too small or too big there isn't an in between also delivery is super long!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
