Dress wasn't as pictured so they made me jump through hoops to return their misleading product and they are still fighting me about the return. No one would want to keep it.

Blazer looks so bad, return postage costed me £25 pounds which is a lot, actually worth 1 item so it's really off-putting. They do not sell what they advertise. Also, they know you probably won't retun the item becasue of how ridiculously expensive the shipping costs are so they offer a lame 20% back for compensation.

I'll add pictures of the rubbish I recieved. The items are not cheap so you'd think at least you'll get something descent BUT NO!

So quick and easy with different options for payment however, i was let down with logistics with my order taking quite some time to get to me.

This site has horrible customer service. There is no way to contact someone live to handle issues. Everything is done through email or messaging and they take 24 hours to respond. They have poor communication. They cancelled my order, then had the nerve to reorder at a higher cost and refuse to issue a refund. Will not be wasting my time nor money on this site. There are better sites to purchase similar items, wouldnt advise using this site!

User friendly site. Great concept. I wish they used better quality material for the clothes. Low quality fabrics make clothes look cheap :(

On your website you show beautiful plus size women in your clothing, but the sizes I received were for a teenager.

Wouldn't refund anything to me because i didn't take a picture of the receipt with the post office. Eventhough i sent order numbers in my shipment. There is no way they have no way of knowing my return made it there - why the order numbers then? Absolutely unwilling to work with me at all. So i paid for 7 dresses - returned 5 before the last 2 arrived to me. Then i paid to have those 5 dresses shipped back - all for nothing! The last 2 dresses need to be returned, but i plan to sell them another way and just write the whole thing off as a terrible and expensive mistake that i will never repeat. Accidents happen - i returned this while moving my daughter in to school - i couldn't locate the pic i thought i took of the receipt, and being unwilling to budge at all was completely unreasonable to me. Thanks for absolutely nothing - but i can say i will certainly never purchase from them again.

Tried to return the jacket but they did everything in their power to get me to keep it saying the postage would cost me too much. They offered me 15% refund then 30% until. I said I would keep it if they refunded me half, I didn't want to do this as now left with a jacket I don't want & won't wear. I will never order from them again

Never again choose this site again it was horrible my merchandise came too late I ordered 9/30 didn't clothes until10/23

They have a lot to learn if they're going to be doing business in the US. If you don't reach out to them within 7 days, you will not get a refund. Fabric is cheap AF, not well made at all and the fabric and colors are completely misrepresented.

Disappointing won't be ordering again absolutely rubbish product compared to pic advertising it
