It took over a month for the items to ship and arrive. Some items were bigger than what the size chart suggested. Now know to go with a smaller size.

I love my tennis shoes but they were too big. So I can't wear them.

The clothes are very cute and fit great. The delivery time was very long over 2 months.

I had ordered my dress on 9th Sept and as it had taken along time to arrive I had actually forgotten about it.The quality is not good and and it looks nothing like they do on the pictures.Anyway it is far to big for me and now I'm having trouble trying to refund this item

I love the quality of clothes plus I get a lot of compliments when wearing my dresses.

I ordered 2 outfits per their sizing instructions and everything was too small. When I wanted a return authorization and refund, they wanted to only give me 30 percent and told me I could keep the clothes that don't fit. This is unacceptable! I ended up with 50 percent and I will donate the clothes to a charity.
I am not happy! Plus I still haven't received an order I placed in the beginning of August!

It took way too long to get. One was to small (runs small) on was high on me ( runs big) the other I could have down sized but it's okay. I was disappointed to say the list on how they handled it. They gave me 10% back and said to keep it and that is taking forever

I'm just disappointed the pants are white on the inside. So when you roll up the pants at the bottom they are white and don't match.

My delivery of 4 items took over 3 weeks. One piece was a blue eyelet jacket that had absolutely no shape or form to it. I tried ironing it into some kind of form and still horrible. 2nd item was a white dressy top with pearls. I ordered and XL and it came in XXL. The 3rd top was a peach colored cold shoulder item also ordered in XL. It came in with an XL tag but was literally smaller than small. The bracelet I got was as expected for the price. Customer service told me it would be too costly to return the items. They offered 17% back which I refused. We finally agreed on 40% back which I am still waiting for. Do not waste your time & money with this company.
