My delivery of 4 items took over 3 weeks. One piece was a blue eyelet jacket that had absolutely no shape or form to it. I tried ironing it into some kind of form and still horrible. 2nd item was a white dressy top with pearls. I ordered and XL and it came in XXL. The 3rd top was a peach colored cold shoulder item also ordered in XL. It came in with an XL tag but was literally smaller than small. The bracelet I got was as expected for the price. Customer service told me it would be too costly to return the items. They offered 17% back which I refused. We finally agreed on 40% back which I am still waiting for. Do not waste your time & money with this company.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
