Took over three weeks for my package to "ship" and it never arrived. Very poor customer service. They could not confirm it arrived and refused to give me a refund.

Update: finally someone agrees to send me a $25 coupon, but instead of sending me a $25 coupon, she sent me two $10 and one $5, which means I have to make three purchases to use three coupons. And pay for shipping. And all three coupons expire in a week! This is ridiculous—if you say you are going to do something, provide $25 coupon, do it! Customer service just gets worth. This company is composed of thieves. They want me to make three separate purchases in one week? How does that compensate me for their failure to deliver my previous order?

They said I could keep item because of expensive shipping. They would refund me 20% of my order! That is really standing behind your product! Told them I would take 80% and they completely cut me off, still haven't been able to reconnect. I have been telling people not to buy your products! Have a great day! Very expensive experience!

Beautiful clothes for tiny People. The curve sizings are way out. I ordered my dresses for a wedding, weeks before the day and they still arrived after the event. So I now have two beautiful dresses that don't fit and nowhere to wear them and no idea how to return them. Really disappointed.

ChicMe is a scam. The clothes advertised are not real. The website charges over 25.00 for their clothes. The colorful jumpsuit they advertised online/Instagram turned out to be a colorful potato sack bag. The material is flimsy and is made of nylon. The other jumpsuit I bought was too small. I requested a medium and they sent me a small, that I can't even pull over my thigh. The policy states: "You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact Us within 7 days of delivery. Easy Return: We strive to offer the best shopping experience. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your orders, we'll fix it or refund your purchase."
These people are liars and are falsely advertising. When I got the clothes I requested a return the next day, and they wanted to have me pay to ship the outfits back and refund me only 20% of my money. So essentially, my purchase was 52.00. They want me to pay 20.00 to return and they only want to refund me 10.00 back out of a 52.00 purchase. These people are a SCAM! Buyer beware. Please do not purchase from this vendor. It took over three weeks to receive the items and when I got them, it was nothing like the pictures. It took so long to receive the items, that I don't believe they are US vendor

This site used to be sooooo much better. It's now a crap shoot if what you ordered actually looks like the photo. Has happened the last couple of orders. All of it donated because the returns are just as hard.

The quality of their material is horrible. The dresses I ordered were too big and they would not give me my refund. The same day I received my items I tried to return them but I was told that I was past my 7 days for a return and that was not true because I just received them the same day. Not to mentioned it took almost 1 month for me to receive the items. Then they wanted to give me a 10% coupon for my next order or a 10% refund and I keep the clothes. $6.50 and keep dresses that are too big for me. They are a rip off. I never have this problem with SHEIN. I will NEVER shop with ChicMe again.

You have very cute items but I have practically given away everything I have ordered. I can get an XXL and it fit, buy another item same size and it's too small. I tried searching your plus size section and no luck there (very limited items). I don't return it because your return system is not very user friendly so I don't bother with it. I do refer small breasted female to your site though. I loved the ripped denim coat but I gave that to my cousin and she loved it. It fit her great and she never buy a size XXL nor is she top heavy. I need United States sizes. Oh well, some girls have all the luck.

Unable to contact customer service. No phone number to talk to someone. Had too rteturn items due to sizing
