Thank you very much for the perfect black dress for a special date

Spent over $50 for 2 tops that were way too small. Requested return label and was told I could receive a few dollars from you and keep the tops. THEY DON'T FIT! I don't want them. I wanted to exchange for larger size.

Most everything fit properly with the exception of the Bra

Quality of items was dreadful and sizing wasn't true at all and when I asked to return they only offered me 10% back then 25% then 40% I argued to get full refund less return postage as yet haven't received anything and items sent back

Need better communication and advising customers if there is going to be delays.

Products are as pictured. Good quality. The white Jump suit is lined which is excellent. True to size.

Took nearly one month to receive all my goods - way too slow

Take a long time to me to get my package over a month.

Never received my first order And I've spoke to the delivery guy on my second order because I wrote a message to the owner of Chic me but he never respond back to me. He left my package outside of the gate for everyone to see so someone must have stolen my package. I paid for and I've told the delivery guy from Uni Uni to put it at my side door under the porsch so that's where it would be safe not in my laneway.

We still have one item from this order that has not shipped.

Easy to order nice collection to choose from came very quickly

One of the hearts had already fallen off by the time I received them, and one was on its way…… I'm hoping some super glue will hold them in place

I am satisfied with my orders but it took too long to arrive. If you are ordering anything make sure your event is not happening in the next 3 weeks. They need to improve on the time frame of delivery.

Satisfying and pleased with the products I've ordered more items

I ordered and paid for three items and only received one, they were for a cruise, the one item I did receive was too large, now I have to either pay to take the chance to exchange and never see another or return, and I'm out the money for the other 2 items because nobody will respond!
