My experience with the customer service department was a complete and total nightmare! All I wanted to do was return one item from a purchase I made because the zipper on the shorts would not open. I asked for a refund Seven (7) times and each time I was offered a percentage discount on the item and told to also keep the item. I had to keep telling them I did not want the item, just my refund. The only way I received my refund was I had to point out that they were in breach of Article 25, Chapter III, of the Law of the People's Republic of China and had also breached their return policy and breached their consumer purchase contract before they agreed to refund my money. I also had to pay the shipping fee to return a defective product. I will never never again purchase anything from this company and I strongly suggest that no one else purchase anything from them if they think they may have to return it for some reason and want a full refund!
I placed my order in July, 2023 and still do not have my order. I have received numerous emails with the same repeated messages. This is frustrating and I am not happy. I recommend this online store to many people and I hope that they are not experiencing the same issues.
I ordered the same sizes I usually do based on the measurements on your site. I received all my clothes either too big or too small. It is not easy and takes time to send things back so I'm left with clothes I probably won't wear and out the money I spent

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
