I did not receive a receipt via email from you for my order. I only have the PayPal receipt where I purchased the item on 9/4/21 because they did not send me one. I received the item on 9/20/2021 and I contacted them via email on 9/29/2021 because their online chat was not working. That was only 9 days after receipt of the item, and it was only that long because it took me 2 days to find a way to contact them. They responded via email 5 days later on 10/4/2021 saying they were sorry and asked for the order number. I responded that I did not have an order number and reminded them I included my paypal purchase receipt in the original email sent on 9/29/2021. They responded via email on 10/6/2021 say sorry, but their return policy time is within 7 days after receipt of the goods and that they could not process the return. One 10/7/2021 I finally connected to their online chat and waited in que for over 45 mins as it counted down to me being next. I decided to log into another computer and open another chat online and they responded immediately. Once I gave them my name and email address, they immediately closed both chats and shut it down. I cannot reconnect to their chat. I will never purchase from them again not will I ever use my paypal account vs a credit card si I can dispute the charge because they will not honor a refund.
I paid to expedite my purchase because I needed it for an event. It actually came a day earlier than it said it would come, which I was pleased about.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
