This companies customer survive is like nothing I have ever seen before! I have been going back and forth with them about returning the items that were sent to me for over a week now, and all I've gotten from them is "how about you keep the cloths and we give you 10% coupon". Like what?!?! Ummm no give me all my money back please because the cloths do not fit, not even close to fit, and we're also made all wrong! Literally one sweater has a sleeve that is sooooooo much longer than the other one. I wish I never would have ordered anything from this company after the head ache they have created just for me to get my money back and have the items returned. It also took almost two weeks to even receive my order… please do not order from this company, it's not worth it at all! The cloths look nothing like the picture you see. Save your hard earned money and shop anywhere else but here.
I brought three dresses from chicme. One of the dresses was purchased twice by mistake of clicking too fast, another dress was way too small. I contacted customer service and they responded on whats app with an address to ship back. They only refunded 1 dress back even though I paid and shipped two. Customer service doesn't respond quicly. Live chat feature doesn't work. Total rip off. They stole my money.

All the clothes I have ordered from ChicMe were incorrectly sized. In my opinion, customer service is horrible. They deny returns after stringing you along with slow replies until you are past your return deadline. Do NOT order from this company.
