Awful I will never think about using chic again
I waited over two months for my pyjamas which never came, and now I've had to ask for a refund which have still not received

Waited 5 weeks for partial order. Quality of clothing is poor.

The item I received looks like a dressy top
Than an actual dress.

Shipping took a crazy amount of time. One item came smelling like fish, the second item came missing the clasps to do up the garment. Will never buy from here again.

It's been 7 weeks since my order and the items are now out of stock so I have to wait a further 10 days

Easy to select and order, some material better quality than others. Overall cute styles.

The delivery took over a month. And the product was not as good quality as it appeared to be in the photos.

Usually I never have a problem with shipping but this order took longer then usual.

Overall good but the delivery was to long of a wait. I need the outfit sooner

Three items wrong colour two hair pieces i order blonde you sent me brown also the cardigan i order grey you sent a white one dissapointed

I ordered three tops. Two are the same but different colors. I ordered XL but was sent XXL. When I inquired on how to return for the correct size, I was told they would refund me 10% of my purchase and I could keep them! I love the two tops that are the same and don't like the third one. I don't want to reorder because they didn't send the right size the first time. Why would they do this?

The outfit wasn't what I saw on website. It took a month to come, and I only got $4 back. I would never order from ChicMe again!

I paid for a white ribbed shirt. It arrived and was cream! I don't wear cream. The jeans turned out so cheap looking vs pictures.
I did like the pink shirt with gold hardware material and the way it fit. But after waiting almost a month and then having 3 of 4 items so bad I won't wear them, I deleted the app and put emails from chic me to spam. I'd rather pay more at forever 21 or Macys then waste 60$ of an $80 purchase.

I have asked for a return label and I don't know why i was offered a 50% discounted if I keep something I'm not satified with. I want my full refund and I don't want this order, the material is horrible and I don't want it. Please send a return label so i can send it back

My order arrived and the quality is decent but the neck opening is very small. For someone like me, who has a very small head and neck I can squeeze into it, but anyone who has a normal size head or larger would have issues.
