I wish delivery were quicker but it was Christmas season so that may have slowed things down this time, this was my first order with ChicMe, but I was very happy with the item and glad I got the sizing right.

I have sent tickets to try and return 3 items and you have sent me % off my next order and to keep them, this is not what I want, I want to return them and get my money back.

Waa easy to order and received in good amount of time... products I ordered were disappointing... it said if your 12 to order a M and it was to small, had ordered for my sons 18th and had to run around last minute and find something else... leopard bra is designed for someone with full breasts, I don't have much and only half covers them and not very good support... I have adjusted stap as much as I can and gives no lift... my last item I havnt even opened

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
