E comprado bastante en esta página pues la ropa es de muy buena calidad y todo suele quedar tal cual lo veis en la foto nunca e tenido ningún problema hasta ahora hice un pedido el 8 de octubre donde compré dos conjuntos uno llegó sin problema aunque esta vez no se lo que a pasado que e tenido que mandar varios imail para saber de mis pedidos y el segundo llegó el repartidor de la empresa repartidora y no estaba en casa por estar trabajando y a los 5; días me llega un imail que la entrega no a sido sastifactoria que me ponga en contacto con ellos para recogerlo yo o solicitar otro día de entrega llevo 5; días intentando ponerme en contacto con ellos y es imposible un conjunto que Page que estaba muy contenta con los artículos de esta página y ahora si no me lo solucionan desde luego no volveré a pedir nada más pues después ellos tampoco hacen por solucionarlo mandas imail y no te contestan en español y te dan una solución lo siento ahora mismo soy una gran clienta muy poco sastifecha y desdepcionada mucho gracias

I was able to quickly browse thru your website with ease. The selection is great! Shipping wasn't the fastest but wasn't a horrible wait time either. I got my items within 3-4 weeks. Loved the items so much, I placed another order for twice as many items within hours of receiving my first order! Would be great to be able to mix and match the top and bottom sizes in the sets tho.

Wrong item, wrong size and color i order a large and a grey and i received a medium and black

Even though the cardigan is ok it really is nothing like the picture. It would be a good idea to state what size the model is and what size they are wearing. I ordered a medium which is great in the width but the length is no where near where the picture is showing. The ordering was easy and could track my parcel easily.

Some items not true to size and that's not cool at all. If I pick my actual size then it should fit

I ordered a 10 and the shoe look like a size 8. When I tried to return it back for a refund, they said the shipping would be to expensive. They offer me $5 cash off my next order and I could keep it of 15% back of what I paid which was $5 and some change. I ordered the shoes to wear to a wedding. Never again will I ordered from them again. A customer should be able to return for a full refund unless you state all sales final, and this was not the case. I had to leave a star to live review other than that it would be a 0/5.

Tried to get ahold of customer support about returning 2 items, they said with the expensive shipping they won't take the returns but said they would give me a 5 percent coupon for my next purchase and I can keep my items. I told them I wanted to return them and wanted my money back and nothing. I will next purchase from this site again since they don't take returns.
