My order arrived and the quality is decent but the neck opening is very small. For someone like me, who has a very small head and neck I can squeeze into it, but anyone who has a normal size head or larger would have issues.

My last experience was absolutely horrible and that's putting it mildly. First issue was the item was out of stock and they never made contact with me. They sent an internal email that I can only access by logging into my account. Second, after I cancelled that item my order still wasn't shipped so I decided to iust cancel the order. My refund was not issued in a timely manner. I had to make several requests for my money. The worst part of my experience was not being able to correspond with a live rep. They say it's live but it's absolutely not! It to them 24-48 hours to respond to all my correspondence. I like the apparel but I don't think o will be shopping with them again!
