Absolutely NO support received when I recently enquired into a delivery that went missing. Customer Service pushed responsibility back to me and said order was delivered- up to you to track it down. When I asked THREE times for info relating to products purchased on the order that went missing: Response 1). Your delivery is on its way. Be patient. 2). Your order has been expedited. 3). Check yr profile to identify items. Absolutely NO help offerred to their Customer AT ALL! Hopeless!

Awful sent the wrong sizes and won't issue refund.

I ordered 5 items. As soon as I got them in three rompers were mediums, I normally wear smalls ordered a bigger size just in case. But they were way too small in the inseam and there's no possible way to ever wear them. I notified them immediately, they wanted to give me 10% back and keep the clothes which they hey don't fit. They finally decided to give me a 50% back and I could keep the clothes which again what am I going to do with them. I decided to except it and as soon as I did, they said, sorry it's too late to do your return because you didn't notify them earlier, I literally notified them, two days after I got the order. The other two items I ordered one in a medium and one a small the medium was gigantic. The small was way too small. The sizes are completely messed up but you can't return anything. Super frustrating and be very careful if you are ordering from them. Not a happy customer!
Return policy is stated to contact them first before refund. They did reply - with an offer to keep the items and a $15 or 10% refund option (laughable!). I pushed back and let them know I would be happy to give them a poor review worthy of their offer every time their company appeared in my timeline. They then replied back to return the items within 2 days and they would provide a refund for full product price minus the shipping insurance, and that I would need to pay for return shipping (which I was expecting). Much better considering it was an over $130 order. Buyer - beware of wording in refund policies, and while we shouldn't need to negotiate... that is some companies style! :(
I'm vee happy with my experience with chic me. The product was even better than what I had expected and it arrived within a couple of days.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
